They sold me a defective and UNSAFE car!!! I just bought the Y, 7 days ago, and it won't work properly. When I buy a new car, I expect to get a new FULLY FUNCTIONAL car. Cruise control doesn't work (they still haven't figured out why), a window didn't close all the way (so I couldn't drive it for 2 days because it was raining and my service appointment was a week away - they said it was the window motor - so not a simple computer issue - they had to remove the door and change the defective parts) AND it seems like one of the doors doesn't close properly even though it doesn't say so on the screen... So I drove with a door unlocked with my kids in the car!!!!! SCARY 😨.

So grateful for Danny Nguyen who helped me get my dream car!!! Before stepping into Tesla that day, I had visited both the Mercedes and Porsche San Diego dealerships, speaking with their sales associates for at least an hour each. Once meeting with Danny at Tesla UTC, it was a matter of 10 minutes and I knew the Model Y was THE ONE! He got me so excited, was such a delight to speak with, and guided me through each step of the process. I don’t think I would feel as confident and supported in my purchase without his ongoing assistance and support during the months leading up to my vehicle arrival. Two days ago, I picked up my vehicle and I am SO HAPPY. I came back to Tesla UTC to ask questions, and Danny made me feel so good and knowledgeable about my Model Y’s different controls and features. Things I definitely wouldn’t have noticed on my own. 100% recommend visiting Tesla UTC if you’re thinking of getting a new car. 5 Star experience 😊

There are two Tesla cars in my house. It's so satisfying.I saw the vision, so I bought stocks from a long time ago.And in the future, I will buy another car with Tesla for my second child. This time, we went to see the truck that our god had been waiting for. There are 300,000 people even though they said they would apply quickly before.That's how much wannabe is going to be the first place for men. In reality, it's cooler and it's slower. I hope the day comes soon when I can ride it.

First visit at this location, we had come in after visiting two other Tesla stores and being treated so rudely we just left and decided to order online, but we had a payment question. The lady who greeted us was fine at first, but after being informed the car we wanted would have to be ordered, said she wasn’t sure we could order that model online and that we should do it now,..very clearly just trying to get us to purchase in store, which was awkward because we had the website pulled up and were ready to buy it..we just came in with questions about payment. She got rude and pushy very fast when she realized we only came in with question.. We ended up leaving and going to the location in UTC because we felt suffocated. Unfortunately our pickup had to be from this same location. Could you imagine buying a Tesla, and they rush you out, connect your phone to the car so you can get in, and walk away? Only able to get in about two or three questions while the employee is slowly backs away from you, and that’s it? All this while the people next to you, also picking up a car, who arrived before you, have been talking to their help since you walked in? I don’t have to imagine. We were even told very rudely “you’ll figure it out” when we brought up how little information we were given in comparison to everyone else. We were completely disregarded while everyone got a full tutorial, learned about the features, car tour and all. If no one was getting that treatment, it’s okay, that’s something different. But everyone was getting that treatment except us. I don’t think my family and I should have to dress up in suits and dresses to be treated like the others in the store who were wearing sweatpants and hoodies. Our money is just as good as everyone else’s, and we’d appreciate if we weren’t treated like it wasn’t. I had to watch my mothers big excited smile turn into a dull frown after being throw to the side by everyone in that store. This is unbelievable. I’m happy there was three of us there, because you almost wouldn’t believe me if I didn’t have witnesses. We are used to getting treated this way at nicer places for not being like the others, but this was next level, please do better for those after us.
